Bryan M. Robbins is a Founding Partner of Robbins and Licavoli, PLLC. Mr. Robbins practice focuses exclusively on Family Law, with an emphasis on divorce and child custody matters. Mr. Robbins represents both men and women throughout Michigan, including the metro Detroit areas of Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties.
Mr. Robbins is a licensed member of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of Connecticut. Mr. Robbins received a Juris Doctorate degree from Wayne State University Law School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar Association and the Oakland County Bar Association.
Mr. Robbins has focused his practice to include all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support and division of marital assets. Prior to litigation, Mr. Robbins will always try to amicably resolve any dispute through settlement negotiations, mediation or other alternative dispute methods. If litigation becomes necessary, Mr. Robbins is experienced in all aspects of litigation and trial proceedings.
